Harvey E. Frank, 74, passed away at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence on Wednesday, December 28, 2022. He was the beloved husband of the late Belinda (Larkin) Frank. Born in Mobile, Alabama, he was the son of the late Salvatore and Ada F. (Harvey) Frank.
Harvey served in the U.S. Marine Corp during the Vietnam War and was awarded the Purple Heart and Silver Star. He was an iron worker for 38 years and a member of Local 37.
He is survived by his daughter, Alicia A. Frank; a brother, Richard Frank, and his mother-in-law, Jeanette R. Parrillo.
A private funeral and burial with military honors will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2023 at Rhode Island Veterans' Cemetery, Exeter.
