Adolfo Marcoccio

Adolfo Marcoccio, 92, of Johnston, passed away on Friday, July 3, 2020 at Oakland Grove Health Care Center.  He was the beloved husband of the late Ingeborg (Winter) Marcoccio.  Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Giovanni and Sossia (Fraioli) Marcoccio. Mr. Marcoccio worked for the U.S. Postal Service for many years, before retiring. He is survived by his two sons, John and Robert Marcoccio; three grandchildren, Tricia Ann Marcoccio, Kimberly Margaret Kucal and Brian Marcoccio; two great grandchildren, Samuel and Emma Kucal; and a sister, Sue Simonelli.  He was the brother of the late Phyllis Reedy, Larry, Joe, Frank, Armando and John B. Marcoccio. His funeral will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at 9 a.m. from the MACERONI FUNERAL HOME, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Holy Ghost Church, Atwells Ave., Providence. Entombment will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.  Visitation Tuesday 4 - 7 p.m.  Please Omit Flowers.
