Albert A. Izzo

Albert A. Izzo "Pappy", 91, passed away at Cedar Crest Nursing Home on Wednesday, November 11, 2020. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Andrea and Fiorenza (Rannucci) Izzo.
Mr. Izzo owned and operated the Dyer Avenue Wholesale Gas Outlet, where many of his friends and relatives would gather and share many laughs over the years. He especially enjoyed spending quality time with his loving and adored nieces and nephews.
He is survived by his longtime companion, Estelle Nassa; and many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Peter, Roy, Frank, Thomas, William, Americo and Andrew Izzo and Elvira "Vera" Cambio.
His funeral and burial in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston will be private. Donations in Mr. Izzo's memory may be made to the Rhode Island Community Food Bank, 200 Niantic Ave., Providence, RI 02907.
