Angelina "Angie" Kloza, 97, of North Providence, passed away on Monday, November 25, 2024. She was the beloved wife of the late Chester Kloza for 54 years. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Alfonso and Angelina (DiRobbio) Chiaverini.
She is survived by her devoted daughter, Deborah Kloza. She was the sister of the late Guy Chiaverini, Ann Gallo, Phyllis Tomeo, and William "Billy" Chiaverini, her twin brother.
Angie worked as a bookkeeper for McKesson & Robbins and for Kestenman Bros. for many years before retiring.
An avid bowler throughout her life, Angie also enjoyed playing cards weekly at the North Providence Mancini Center and, more recently, at the Johnston Senior Center. She loved dancing and, with her husband Chet, took ballroom dancing lessons for years, winning several competitions, including taking a first place in Swing. Angie liked to sew and she could sew anything--curtains, doll clothes, even men's suits. She made countless outfits for herself and others, including creative Halloween costumes.
