Angelina M. (Rivera) McDonough, 93, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center. She was the wife of the late Edward F. McDonough. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Francesco and Raffaela (Riccardi) Rivera. Angelina worked for various jewelry manufacturers before retiring. A loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she is survived her daughter, Patricia Chiellini; her son, John McDonough; two sisters, Anna Pirri and Gina Valente; five grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Joseph and Edward McDonough and the sister of the late Lena Campbell, Frank Rivera and Carmine Rivera. Her funeral will be held Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at 8 a.m. from the MACERONI FUNERAL HOME, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. in Mary Mother of Mankind Church, 25 Fourth St., North Providence. Burial will be in Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.
