Anna Krawczyk (Palmieri)

Anna Krawczyk (Palmieri), 87, of North Providence, passed away November 19, 2009 at home. She was the wife of the late Bruno Krawczyk. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Louise (Fratantuono) Palmieri.

Mrs. Krawczyk was executive secretary to the vice president of Blue Cross for 25 years before retiring. After her retirement she was a volunteer at the Franciscan Missionaries of Mary.

She is survived by her two sisters, Gloria Grande and Sandra Jordan; her niece and several nephews. She was the mother of the late Paul Krawczyk and the sister of the late Angela Palmieri.

Her funeral and visitation will be held Monday 9:30 a.m. – 10:15 a.m. from the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in the Franciscan Missionaries of Mary Chapel, Fruit Hill Ave., North Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Franciscan Missionaries of Mary, 399 Fruit Hill Ave., North Providence, RI 02911.
