Anna M. Scungio

Anna M. Scungio (Mollicone), 80, of North Scituate, passed away Saturday, July 16, 2011 at Roger Williams Medical Center. She was the beloved wife of Louis V. Scungio. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Eleuterio and Assunta (Notargiacommo) Mollicone.
Anna worked for various jewelry manufactures in Rhode Island. She was devoted to her family.
Besides her husband of 60 years, she leaves her loving sister and brother, Marie Marino and Bernard Mollicone and many cherished nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Joseph and Lawrence Mollicone.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday at 11 a.m. in St. Thomas Church, 65 Fruit Hill Ave., Providence. Visiting hours respectfully omitted. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Home and Hospice Care of RI, 1085 North Main St., Providence, RI. 02904.
