Anthony Manzotti, 69, of Johnston, passed away Tuesday, April 8, 2008 at Rhode Island Hospital. He was the beloved husband of the late Janice A. (Boyd) Manzotti. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Gulliano and Carmela (Tropia) Manzotti.
Anthony was the owner and operator of Curtman Manufacturing Co. of North Providence. He had been the manager of new development and samples for Robbins Co. of Attleboro and a sales representative for Jos. A. Bank of Smithfield. He was also a member of the Providence Jewelers Association. He loved gardening, reading, boating and especially watching his grandchildren play hockey.
He leaves two sons, John J. Manzotti and his wife Cindy and Christopher G. Manzotti and his wife Sharon; two grandchildren, Nico and Antonio Manzotti and a sister, Candida D’Andrea.
His funeral will be held Saturday at 8:30am, from the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30am in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 1804 Atwood Ave., Johnston. VISITATION, Friday 5-8pm. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to St. Robert Bellarmine Food Closet, 1804 Atwood Ave., Johnston, RI 02917.
