Antonetta "Etta" Plourde

ANTONETTA “ETTA” PLOURDE (POLSELLI), 87, of Johnston, passed away Friday, July 14, 2006 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital in North Providence. She was the wife of the late Cyprien “Joe” Plourde II. Born in Providence, where she lived most of her life, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Palma (Campagnone) Polselli.

Etta was a loving wife, mother and sister and a devoted grandmother and great grandmother. She was lovingly called “Auntie Etta” by many family and friends. She leaves her children, Cyprien “Joe” Plourde III and his wife Sandra and Janice P. Mecca and her husband Bob; two brothers, Salvatore and Rudolph Polselli, seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Vincent and Joseph Polselli.

The funeral will be held Wednesday at 9am, from the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian burial at 10am in Holy Cross Church, Hartford Ave. Providence.
