PROCACCINI, ANTONIO “TONY”, 93, Formerly of Oakwood Ave., Providence, passed away Saturday, April 15, 2006 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital.He was the beloved husband of the late Mary (Giavitto) Procaccini. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Giovanni and Giovannina (Maiella) Procaccini.
Tony had been the owner and operator of Automatic Amusements Vending Machine Company of Providence until he retired. He was a loving husband and father who cherished his two daughters, their spouces and his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He leaves his loving children, JoAnn Minutelli and her husband Nick and Linda Perrotta and her husband Eddie, with whom he lived, and was the devoted grandfather of Anthony Minutelli and his wife Carla, Lisa Pezzuco and her husband Ronnie and Johnny Perrotta and his wife Kristen, and the devoted great grandfather of Anthony, Nicholas and Alec Minutelli, Lauren, Michael and Alyssa Pezzuco and Damian and Gian Perrotta. He and his family were deeply saddened by the loss of his beloved granddaughter, Christine Turbitt. He was also the beloved brother of the late Harry, Jerry and Carlo Procaccini, Mary Mansolillo and Flora Calitri.
The funeral will be held Thursday at 9am, from the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in Holy Cross Church, Hartford Ave., Providence. VISITATION Wednesday 5-8pm. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Please omit flowers.
