Barry J. Mollo, Jr., PharmD, 31, of North Providence, passed away Thursday, January 6, 2011 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital. Born in Providence, he was the son of Barry J. and Ann Marie (Campopiano) Mollo.
Barry graduated LaSalle Academy in 1998 and the University of Rhode Island in 2009 with a degree in Pharmacy. He loved to study and further his knowledge in medicine and was an avid sports fan and New York Yankees fan. He was a loving son and brother who valued his time with his family.
Besides his parents, he leaves his brother, Peter Mollo.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial, Monday at 10 a.m. in St. Augustine Church, 639 Mt. Pleasant Ave., Providence. Visiting hours respectfully omitted. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Emily Campopiano Scholarship Fund, RI 4H Foundation, PO Box 1925, Kingston, RI 02881.
