Concetta DeCiccio, "Connie”, 93, of Warwick, passed away Friday, August 21, 2009 at Pawtuxet Village Nursing Home. Born in Providence, where she lived most of her life, she was the daughter of the late Giuseppe and Angelina (DePetrillo) DeCiccio.
Connie was a jewelry worker for the former Brier Manufacturing Company of Providence for 43 years until retiring in 1978.
She leaves a nephew, Joseph DiCiccio and his wife Karol and a great nephew and niece, Christopher and Anna DiCiccio. She was the sister of the late George and Ersilia DiCiccio and Rosa, Gilda and Rose DeCiccio.
Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 9:30 a.m., from the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. in St Pius Church, Eaton St., Providence. VISITATION Tuesday 5-8 p.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Beacon Hospice, 1 Catamore Blvd., East Providence, RI 02914.
