MAGNO, DAVID ARTHUR, 49, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Friday, April 14, 2006. Born in Providence, he was the beloved and devoted son of Claire (Ouellette) Magno and the late Arthur Magno.
David was a graduate of Classical High School and Community College of Rhode Island. He was a diesel mechanic by trade and had been recently employed at Fork Lift Trucks, Inc. of Cranston.
He enjoyed being with his family and also playing cards, especially Hi Lo Jack with his fellow members in a local card league. He was an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan.
Besides his mother, he leaves two children of whom he was very proud of, a son, Joseph A. Magno and a daughter, Jocelyn M. Magno; a brother Arthur P. Magno and a sister Nancy L. Zeppa. He was also close to his three nephews, Evan, Derek and Arthur J. Magno..
The funeral will be held Wednesday at 8am, from the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9am in St. Pius Church, Eaton St., Providence.
