Elda J. Blanchette

Elda J. Blanchette, 75, of Johnston, passed away Thursday, December 20, 2018 at home.  Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Veronica (Kelley) Blanchette. Elda worked for Paramount Cards and National Glass & Gate before retiring. She is survived by her brother, Ernest "Billy" Blanchette; two sisters, Sandra Teevens and Deborah Wojciechowski; and her many cherished nieces and nephews.  She was the sister of the late Robert Blanchette and Pearl Laurie.  Visiting hours will be held Saturday Morning, December 22, 2018 from 9:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. in the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith Street, North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in Our Lady of Grace Church, George Waterman Rd., Johnston.  Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket.
