Frances J. Butler (Minior), 64, of Providence, passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2008 at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center. She was the beloved wife of William M. Butler. Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Lillian (Hertel) Minior.
Frances had been a secretary for the Department of Defense before retiring. She was a loving wife and mother and a devoted grandmother. Besides her husband of 37 years, she leaves two sons, Michael A. Butler and his wife Nicole and Steven J. Butler and his wife Julia; four grandchildren, Andrew, Johnathan, Victoria and Emma and a brother, Peter Minior.
Her funeral will be held Saturday, March 15, at 9am, from the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Pius Church, Eaton St., Providence. VISITATION Friday 5-8pm. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
