George Resnevic, MD

RESNEVIC, GEORGE, M.D., 87, of Putnam Pike, passed away Sunday, January 29, 2006 at home. He was the husband of the late Dr. Stanislawa K. (Schubert) Resnevic.
Born in Riga, Latvia, he was the son of the late Alfreds and Alexandra Resnevics. He moved to the United States in 1949 and had lived in Chepachet since 1953.
Dr. Resnevic had been a general Practitioner and Radioligist and maintained a private practice in Chepachet.
He leaves two sons, George A. Resnevic, D.M.D. and Brian J. Resnevic and three granddaughters. He was the brother of the late Victor Resnevics.
A Service will be held Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. in the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence. VISITATION prior to the Service from 9:30 to 10:00 a.m. Burial will be in Acotes Hill Cemetery, Chepachet. In Lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Boy Scout Troup # 44, c/o Chepachet Union Church, 1138 Putnam Pike, Chepachet, RI 02814.
