Gerald P. Centore, 61, of Johnston, passed away suddenly on Sunday, December 4, 2022. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Antonio “Tony” and Mildred (Dambruch) Centore.
Gerald was a 1979 graduate of Johnston High School and earned his Bachelor's Degree from Providence College in 1983.
He is survived by his brother, Thomas Centore; his sister, Catherine Boutin; niece, Kaitlyn Boutin; and two nephews, Matthew Centore and Jason Salvatore. He was the brother of the late Timothy Centore.
Visitation will be held Thursday Morning, December 8, 2022, from 9:30 – 11:00 a.m., followed by a Prayer Service at 11 a.m. in the Maceroni Funeral Home 1381 Smith St., North Providence. Interment will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers donations in Gerald’s memory may be made to the Centore Scholarship Fund, c/o Cranston East, 899 Park Ave., Cranston, RI 02910.
