Geraldine Barbieri (Baine), 81, of Chandler, Arizona, formerly of Providence, passed away Sunday, November 11, 2007 at Ahwatukee Adult Care in Phoenix, Arizona. She was the beloved wife of the late William J. Barbieri, Sr. Born in Meridian, Mississippi, she was the daughter of the late Homer and Frances (Smith) Baine.
She had worked as an Eligibility Technician for the RI Department of Social Services for 22 years until retiring in 1992. She leaves a son, William J. Barbieri, Jr.; three daughters, Sharon Thibault, Karen Kyara and Antoinette Vitagliano; six grandchildren and a sister, Janie Merle Whites. She was the sister of the late John Earl Baine.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service Saturday at 10am in the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence. VISITATION Friday 5-8pm. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.
