Giovanni Paris, 76, of Hope, Rhode Island, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center. He was the beloved husband of Katia (Fogli) for almost 50 years. Born in Caserta, Italy, he was the son of the late Ercole and Anna (Prata) Paris. Mr. Paris worked as a jewelry designer for several local jewelry manufacturers before retiring. Besides his wife he is survived by his son, Gian-Christian Paris and his wife Kathy; three brothers, Aleardo Paris, Mario Paris and Livio Paris; two granddaughters, Giana and Ava Paris; and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Carmine Paris, Errico Paris, Giuseppe Paris and Vincenza Pasqualletti. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at 10 a.m. in St. Joseph Church, 144 Danielson Pike, Scituate. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visitation respectfully omitted.
