Gloria L. Del Rossi

Gloria L. DelRossi, 96, of Johnston, passed away Sunday, June 17, 2018 at Rhode Island Hospital. Born in Johnston, she was the daughter of the late Adolfo and Genovina "Irene" (Albergo) DelRossi. Gloria worked as a seamstress for LaSalle Tailor shop, a business owned by her father. She enjoyed traveling the world, bowling, playing bocce ball and cards.  She was a member of the Smithfield Senior Center. She is survived by her brother, Adolph DelRossi; two sisters, Jean Tammaro and Dolores Montagano; two nephews, Robert Montagano and John DelRossi; three nieces, Barbara Flynn, Linda Hutnak and Pamela Tammaro; and many great nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Vincent DelRossi and Barbara Corey. Her funeral will be held Friday, June 22, 2018 at 9 a.m. from the MACERONI FUNERAL HOME, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Grace Church, George Waterman Rd., Johnston.  Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
