Henry Rotondo, 81, of Warwick, passed away Monday, September 6, 2010 at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center. Born in North Providence, he was the son of the late Alfred and Josephine (Puetti) Rotondo.
A carpenter by trade until retiring in 1991, Henry was a member of Carpenters Union Local 94 for over 50 years. He was an Army Korean War Era Veteran.
He is survived by his daughter, Dr. Ann Perlow and her husband, Jeffry; a grandson, Gregory Libutti; a brother, Angelo Rotondo; a sister, Gloria Bellino and his Best Little Buddy, “Polo.” He was the brother of the late Joseph Rotondo.
His funeral will be held Thursday at 9 a.m. from the Maceroni Funeral Home 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Holy Ghost Church, Knight St., Providence. Burial with Military Honors will follow. Visitation Wednesday 5-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Hospice Care of RI, 1085 N. Main St., Providence, RI 02904.
