Joan A. Ursillo

Joan A. Ursillo, 81, of Johnston, passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 surrounded by her loving family.  She was the wife of the late Frank Ursillo.  Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late John and Florence (Cardillo) Danella. Joan worked for Aipso Insurance many years before retiring.  She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, whom she considered her greatest joy and blessing in life.  She also enjoyed casino outings with her sisters.  A loving and devoted mother, grandmother and sister, she is survived by her two children, Frank Ursillo, Jr. and Patricia DelSanto; three sisters, Esther Greco, Pauline Boutin and Marie Calabro; and her two cherished grandchildren, Michael S. DelSanto and Marissa DelSanto.  She was the mother-in-law of the late Michael J. DelSanto and sister of the late Joseph Danella and Loretta Funaro.  Visitation will be held Monday Morning, March 2, 2020 from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. immediately followed by a Prayer Service in the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence.  Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
