John Colafrancesco

John Colafrancesco, Jr., 86, of Johnston, passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, January 28, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Guistina "Tina" (DiFruscio) Colafrancesco for over 64 years. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Giovanni and Angelina (DiFolco) Colafrancesco.

Mr. Colafrancesco was chief accountant for the State of Rhode Island Family Court for many years before retiring. He was an Air Force Veteran of the Korean War.

A loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, in addition to his wife, he is survived by his two daughters, Barbara Barone (Jeffrey) and Ann Marie Dennett (Eddy Rotella); a brother, Albert Colafrancesco (Ann); a sister, Marie Miele; two grandchildren, Christine Dennett (Seth) and Jessica Dennett (Matt); and his great grandson, Jacob Cary. He was the brother of the late Velia Regine, Sam Colafrancesco, Joseph Colafrancesco and Rocco Colafrancesco.

Mr. Colafrancesco's funeral and burial will be private.
