Josephine A. Falcone (Lombardi), 92, of North Providence, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 11, 2021 at HopeHealth Hospice Center in Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Bernardo "Bennie" Falcone. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Salvatore and Jennie (DiBattista) Lombardi.
Josephine worked briefly as a seamstress. She loved to cook and bake, and especially enjoyed hosting her family during the holidays.
She is survived by her daughter, Pamela White; a nephew, Ronald C. Lombardi, and a great-nephew, Rocco Lombardi. She was the sister of the late Salvatore Lombardi, Jr. and Ronald M. Lombardi.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at 10 am in St. Augustine Church, 639 Mt. Pleasant Ave, Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers, donations in Josephine's memory may be made to The Tomorrow Fund, RI Hospital Campus, POB Suite 422, 593 Eddy Street, Providence, RI 02903.
