Lena L. Zambarano (Congio), 92, of North Providence, passed away Saturday, October 13, 2007 at home. She was the beloved wife of the late Adolph Zambarano. Born in Boston, Mass., she was the daughter of the late Donato and Mary (DiGiulio) Congio.
Lena leaves a daughter, Cynthia A. Ottaviano and her husband Thomas, with whom she resided; two grandchildren, Dana Ottaviano and Gina Clement and her husband Robert; two great grandchildren, Michael and Haley Clement, and a sister, Gloria Lucciola. She was the sister of the late Joseph, Benjamin and John Congio, Angela Ricci and Jennie Schenck.
Visitation at the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith Street, North Providence, Tuesday morning from 9:45am to 10:30am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am in St. Thomas Church, 65 Fruit Hill Ave., Providence. Burial will be in St Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Home & Hospice Care of RI, 169 George St., Pawtucket, RI 02860.
