Louise Pagano

Louise (Tortolano) Pagano, 101, passed away peacefully at Cherry Hill Manor on Friday, April 22, 2022. She was the wife of the late Vincent Pagano, Sr. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Angelina (Capaldi) Tortolano.

Louise was a frame inspector for Universal Optical for many years before retiring. She was a resident of Providence most of her life before moving to North Providence in 1984. A devout catholic, she was a faithful parishioner of the former St. Lawrence Church in North Providence.

She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Susan Pagano; five grandsons; eight grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. She was the mother of the late Vincent Pagano, Jr. and Richard Pagano and was the sister of the late John and Carlo Tortolano, Mary Giarrusso, Matilda Tamburini and Elvira Maiorisi.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Committal Service on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at 12:00 pm in St. Ann Cemetery Chapel, 73 Church St., Cranston. Burial will follow.
