MARIE A. MADIRIRA (CALISE) 65, of Providence, passed away Friday, June 1, 2007 at Roger Williams Medical Center. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Santa (Mazzone) Calise.
Marie was a loving mother and a devoted grandmother. She leaves two sons, Richard Toppi, Jr. and his wife Renee and Joseph Madirira, Jr. and his wife Hollie; a daughter, Gina Anzeveno and her husband Derek; six brothers, Anthony Macaruso, Rocco, William, Gilbert, Robert and Albert Calise; a sister, Barbara O’Niell; five grandchildren, Christian, Colin, Nadine, Lexus and Tyler, a companion, George Warner and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Rosalina, and Minnie Calise.
Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 8am, from the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9am in St Augustine Church, Mt. Pleasant Ave., Providence. VISITATION Monday 5-8pm. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
