Marie C. Marcoccio, 101, of Providence, passed away on Wednesday, November
15, 2023, at Cherry Hill Manor, Johnston. She was the wife of the late Alfred
Marcoccio. Born in Bridgeport, CT., she was the daughter of the late John and
Christine (Mirando) Berardi.

Marie was a secretary in the treasurer's office at Providence College before retiring.
She leaves her daughter Christina Kalafarski and her husband Edward, her
grandchildren E.J. and Christopher Kalafarski and Anthony Rossi, and a great-
grandson Nicholas Ruscito. She was the mother of the late Patricia “Patti” Rossi
and sister of the late Phyllis Zannini and Anna Berardi Grant.

Her funeral will be held on Monday, November 20, 2023, at 9 a.m. from the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Augustine Church, 639 Mt. Pleasant Ave.,
Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visitation Sunday 2-4 p.m.
