Marie Palmieri

Marie, better known to her friends and family as “Beverly”, 96 peacefully passed in her sleep on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, in Scottsdale, Arizona. She was the wife of the late Fiorindo (Fred) Palmieri, mother to the late Paul Palmieri, and Louis Palmieri and his wife Elizabeth, sister to the late Salvatore Leone. 

Her hopes and dreams of becoming a grandmother were fulfilled at the age of 80 when her grandsons, Paul Edward and Rocco Louis were born. Her love and adoration for her grandchildren was pure exorbitant joy.

After her loving dedication as a stay-at-home mom, she worked as a teachers aid for the North Providence School Department until retirement. She embraced her role and was lovingly dedicated to the children and appreciated by the parents and her co-workers. She was a member of the Holy Name Society in Providence and the John C Lincoln Senior Citizen Center in Phoenix, Arizona. 

Funeral services will be private, with a celebration of life at her local church in Scottsdale, AZ at a later date.
