Mary DiFolco

Mary (Tamburini) DiFolco, 92, passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2020 at Golden Crest Nursing Centre. She was the wife of the late Rocco DiFolco and mother of the late David DiFolco. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Salvatore and Vittoria (Signoretti) Tamburini.
Mary worked as a seamstress for the Sorority Shop for many years before retiring. She was a member of Holy Cross Church Women's Guild.
A loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she is survived by her two sons, Anthony "Chip" DiFolco and his wife Victoria and Stephen DiFolco and his wife Susan; her daughter-in-law, Ann "Sugar" Bagian; five grandchildren, Kristen DiFolco, Ashley DiFolco Poirier, Rachel Healy, David Healy and Katie Diggle; and six great grandchildren, Geoffrey and Genevieve Poirier, Lucas and Zoey Diggle and Warren and Noelle Healy. She was the sister of the late Joseph Tamburini, Theresa Grelle and Rose Primavera. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Mary's Memorial Mass on Friday, June 26, 2020 at 10 a.m. in St. Augustine Church, 639 Mount Pleasant Ave., Providence.
