Nicholas Dennis D'Amico

Nicholas D. D'Amico, 70, of North Providence, formerly of Pawtucket, passed away Thursday, July 16, 2020 at Rhode Island Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Janice (Cook) D'Amico. Born in Providence, he was the son of Nicholas and Claire (Paluvatzick) D'Amico, Jr. Nick was the owner and president of Consumer Auto Sales in Pawtucket for 25 years. He enjoyed cooking and the outdoors. He was an accomplished Tai Chi practitioner for 30 years. Besides his wife of 39 years and his parents, he is survived by his daughter, Mya D'Amico; his sister, Donna Mendes, and his loyal dog Maxwell. Visiting hours will be Thursday, July 23, 2020 from 10 AM to 12 Noon at the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence. Burial will be private. Please omit flowers. A maximum of 25 people will be allowed in the facility at one time and face coverings must be worn in accordance with State and local mandates.
