Ondina Benitez

Ondina Benitez, 85, of Providence, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 24, 2018 at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center.  Born in Sabana De La Mar, Dominican Republic, she was the daughter of the late Virgilio Gervasio and Andrea Benitez. She is survived by her three daughters, Irma, Mayra and Raquel O. Hernandez; seven grandchildren, Pablo Ventura H., Esdras Ventura H., Paola Ventura Hernandez, Jonathan J. Hart, Michelle O. Mota, David A. Portes and Fernanda O. Diaz; and great grandchildren Noemie F. Diaz, Amir M. Diaz and Nyla A. Diaz. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Prayer Service on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at 10 a.m. in Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, RI.  Burial will be in North Burial Ground, 5 Branch Ave, Providence, RI. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 2, 2018 from 5-8 p.m.
