D’AMBRA, PAMELIA (DELLEFRATTE). 83, of Providence, passed away Friday, February 13, 2009 at Hebert Nursing Center, Smithfield. She was the wife of the late Joseph D’Ambra, Jr. Born in Barrington, she was the daughter of the late Sorzio and Elizabeth (Pompei) Dellefratte.
She is survived by five daughters, Pamela Prata, Nancy Scampoli, Kathryn Aquilante, Judith Bryant and Lois Hurst; three sisters, Mary Carello, Madeline Malluck and Catherine Marshall; four grandchildren, Laurie Aquilante, Joseph Aquilante, Jr., Nicholas Aquliante and Edward Scampoli, Jr. She was the sister of the late Rocco and Augustine Dellefratte.
Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 9am, from the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Thomas Church, Fruit Hill Ave., Providence. VISITATION Monday 5-8pm. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
