Paula A. Caminiti

Paula A. Caminiti, 65, of Johnston, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital. Born in Providence, she was the loving daughter of Thomas and Nina (Gelardi) Caminiti.

Paula worked as a hairdresser and instructor, licensed in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts for over 45 years, working at Christian's Hair Salon, Kutting Edge Salon, and most recently at Hair-2-e-Tan-ity Hair Salon. She traveled worldwide as an instructor for Zotos International and taught locally at Rob Roy Academy. She was also a member of the Iron Workers Local 37. Paula enjoyed skiing and loved hot air balloons.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her cherished son, Anthony Caminiti; her brother, Thomas Caminiti; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be held Saturday Morning, June 11, 2022 from 9 a.m - 10a.m., followed by a Prayer Service at 10 a.m. in the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery Cranston.
