Petrina "Pat" Bianco

PETRINA “PAT” BIANCO (POMPA), 97, of North Kingstown, formerly of Johnston, passed away Saturday, February 10, 2007, at Scalabrini Villa. She was the wife of the late Michael Bianco. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Carmino Pompa and Angelina (Scotti) Antuono. She was a communicant of St. Rocco Church in Johnston and enjoyed cooking and baking.

She leaves two daughters, Dolores Morelli and her husband Frank, of Narragansett and Michele Menard and her husband, Norman, of Cranston; a daughter-in-law, Ann Bianco of Providence; a sister, Amelia “Millie” Ferria of Coventry and four grandchildren, Steven and David Bianco, Michelle Pullano and Lynn Morelli. She was the mother of the late Louis Bianco and the sister of the late Peter, Anthony and Al Pompa and Etta Baccaire.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday at 10am in St. Rocco Church, Atwood Ave., Johnston. Visiting hours and flowers respectfully omitted. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Donations in her name may be made to Bracchi/Parenti Trust Fund, Scalabrini Villa, 860 N. Quidnessett Rd., N. Kingstown, RI 02852.
