Robert J. Pelosi,56, of Cranston, passed away Saturday, July 19, 2008 at home. He was the former husband of Donna Rivera-Levasseur. Born in Providence, he was the son of Jennie (Walaska) Pelosi and the late John Pelosi.
Robert had been a carpenter and supervisor for the State of RI at the Mental Health and Rehabilitation Hospital until his retirement in 2007.
Besides his former wife and mother, he is survived by two sons, Robert J. Pelosi and Jeremie N. Pelosi; three brothers, John Pelosi and his wife Kathleen, Thomas Pelosi and Peter S. Pelosi; two sisters, Joanne West and her husband William and Mary Jane Ciotti, and many nieces and nephews
Visitation Wednesday morning 8-9:30 am in the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in Holy Ghost Church, Knight St., Providence. Burial will be in St Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Please omit flowers.
