Robert K. Micielli, 80, of North Providence, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, April 23, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Pasco and Eleanor (Cunha) Micielli.
Robert was an electrician for Teknor Apex for many years before retiring. He was a dedicated member of the armed forces for 30 years and retired from the U.S. Navy.
He is survived by his children, Betty Aceituno and fiancé Daniel, Mary Arpander and her husband Gabor, Robin Moy and her husband Anthony, Robert Micielli Jr., Kevin Micielli, Jonathan "Tiger" Hall and his wife Nicole, Matthew Hall and his wife Kerry, Mark Micielli and his wife Gina and Ashley Arnold. He adored his 15 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He was the brother of Alice Boranian, George Micielli, Eleanor Almstrom, Thelma Costello, Debra Polce, Carol Micielli, June Medeiros, Lori Merrigan, Ronald Micielli, and the late Julia Church, and Linda Fortini-Neidzielski. He was the beloved uncle of numerous nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Prayer Service on Friday, April 30, 2021 at 11 a.m. in the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence. Burial with Military Honors will follow in the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.
