Robert P. Buote, 63, of Ft. Meyers, FL, formerly of Johnston, passed away November 29, 2010 at home.
Mr. Buote was a Viet Nam veteran and served over 20 years in the Rhode Island Army National Guard, retiring as a Captain.
He leaves a daughter, Master Sergeant Janeen Miller, RI Air National Guard; a brother, David Buote and a granddaughter, Natalia Miller.
Entombment with Military Honors will take place on Wednesday, January 12, 2011 in the Columbarium Chapel, Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
