Rose Alessandro, 93 of Warwick, formerly of North Providence, passed away Saturday, October 31, 2009 at West Shore Health Center in Warwick. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Sabastiano and Josephine (Alessandro) Alessandro.
Rose had worked as a Dietary Aid at the RI State Medical Center for 20 years.
She is survived by her brother, Carmin Alessandro; two sisters, Sally Velleco and Mary Burke, four nieces and three nephews. She was the sister of the late Domenic, Frank and Anthony Alessandro.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday at 11 a.m. in St. Anthony Church, Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence. Visiting hours respectfully omitted. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence.
