Rose " Kitty" Azzoli

Rose “Kitty” Azzoli, 94, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 8, 2022 at Cherry Hill Manor. She was the beloved wife of the late Albert Azzoli. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Giovanni and Rosina (Filella) Barbato.

A loving and devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she is survived by her two daughters, Carol Bessette and her husband Armand, and Cathy Azzoli; two sisters, Frances Soccio, Gloria Giarusso; five grandchildren, Christopher DiPetrillo and his wife Colleen, Brad Pari, Armand A. Bessette, Al Pari and his wife, Cara and Kerri Shorter and her husband Brendan; five great-grandchildren, Victoria DiPetrillo, Isabella DiPetrillo, Hannah Bessette, Emma and Brendan Shorter; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by many siblings.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation on Saturday, December 10, 2022 from 9 a.m. -10:15 a.m. followed by a Prayer Service at 10:15 a.m. in the MACERONI FUNERAL HOME, 1381 Smith St., North Providence. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your favorite charity in Kitty’s memory.
