Rose L. Taraborelli (Russo)

ROSE L. Taraborelli (Russo), 89, of Providence, passed away Saturday, March 17, 2007 at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Edoardo and Ida ( Sticco) Russo.

Rose had worked as a salesperson of woman’s apparel for many local fashion stores, retiring from Casual Corner of Providence in 1993. She leaves her beloved daughter, Gail L. Cronin and her husband, Dr. Robert Cronin. She was the cherished aunt of Rev. Alfred P. Almonte C.S. and Ann Marie Cardente and is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Edward F. Russo and Mary Almonte.

Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 9:30am, from the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30am in St. Bartholomew Church, Laurel Hill Ave., Providence. VISITATION Monday 5-8pm. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
