Samuel M. Curria, Jr., 82, of North Providence, passed away Monday, January 25, 2021 at HopeHealth Hullitar Hospice Center surrounded by his family. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Samuel M. Curria and Frances (Pallotta) Curria.
Sam was the co-owner of Valley Brass and Copper in Providence for 20 years. He enjoyed traveling, cooking and spending time with his friends and family. His favorite destination was visiting his daughter and her family in Italy.
He is survived by his daughter, Kim A. Curria; his son, Kenneth S. Curria; a sister, Barbara Rotando, and three grandchildren, Giulia Bellardini, Livia Bellardini and Ally Curria. He was the brother of the late Gloria Tomasso, Elaine Vanasse and Evelyn Marfeo.
His funeral and burial will be private.
