Silvio DiRocco

Silvio DiRocco, 47, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 25, 2021 after a brief illness. Silvio is survived by his mother, Charlene and stepfather, Douglas Lombardi of Johnston; his sister, Tania DiRocco and her husband Shaun O'Neill; and two nieces, Alexandria and Victoria O'Neill, all from North Providence. He is also survived by his longtime girlfriend, Paula Lonardo of Smithfield; and his father, Adolfo DiRocco of Capriati al Volturno, Italy.

Silvio was the manager of College Convenience in Providence. He had a quick wit and undeniable sense of humor which will truly be missed. His love and compassion for all animals knew no bounds.

Silvio's ingenuity and self-taught ability to create anything came at a young age. He mastered everything he attempted.

As God gave us His Son on Christmas Day, He is welcoming our son, brother, uncle and lifetime partner into the Kingdom of Heaven joining many loved ones who have passed.

A wake in Celebration of Silvio's Life will be held on Thursday, December 30, 2021 from 5 - 8 p.m. in the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence. In lieu of flowers, donations in Silvio's name may be made to the RI SPCA, 186 Amaral St., East Providence, RI. 02915.
