Vittoria (Mambro) Coletta

VITTORIA COLETTA (MAMBRO) , 87, of North Providence, passed away Friday, July 21, 2006, at Cherry Hill Manor in Johnston. She was being cared for by Home and Hospice Care of R.I. She was the wife of Franco G. Coletta. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Rocco and Teresa (Rossi) Mambro. She moved to North Providence in 1968. She was a communicant of Mary, Mother of Mankind Church and loved vegetable gardening.

Vittoria was a loving wife, mother and sister and a devoted grandmother to her grandson Zachary T. Coletta. Besides her husband of 48 years and her grandson, she leaves a son, Frank J. Coletta of Greenville and his wife Susan A. Coletta: four brothers, Vincenzo, Salvatore, Raffaele and Attilio Mambro and three sisters, Santina and Assunta Di Sano and Filomena Ciaraldi.

The funeral will be held Monday at 9am, from the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in Mary, Mother of Mankind Church, Fourth St., North Providence. Visiting hours respectfully omitted. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Home and Hospice Care of R.I., 169 George St., Pawtucket, R.I. 02860.
