Walter White

March 25, 1932 — December 19, 2022

Walter White, 90, of Providence, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 19, 2022 at Lincolnwood Healthcare Center. He was the beloved husband of Dorothy (Caldarone) White for 56 years. He was the son of the late Charles and Edna (Erikson) White.

Walter graduated from the Boston School for the deaf in Randolph, MA and was known as the wonderful dancing roller skater in his younger years. A dapper dresser, he will always be known for his bowties. He was a member of the Cranston ASL Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses for 50 years.

He is survived by his sister, June Audlee of Stoughton, MA; two brothers, Robert White of Taunton, MA and William White of North Anson, Maine; his sister-in-law, Ruby Simonelli; and many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Charles “Bud” White, John White, James White, Evelyn Fortier, Pearl Martins, Priscilla Cataldo and Maryellen White.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation on Monday, December 26, 2022 from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. in the MACERONI FUNERAL HOME, 1381 Smith St., North Providence. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 31, 2022 at 3:30 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1340 Elmwood Ave., Cranston. Burial will be private.
